This past year, Gregory has been fortunate enough to have a technician win PCT Magazine’s Residential Technician of the Year, and we have another employee reaching new heights who appeared in PestPro Magazine!

Meet Don Foster. Don has been with Gregory since 1998 and started as a technician. He now serves as the quality assurance manager and has recently acquired his bachelor’s degree in urban pest management from the University of Florida. Through hard work and relationships he built with his professors, Don secured a position in the UF Urban Entomology master’s program! In an interview with PestPro, a pest industry publication, Foster said he plans to study filth fly behavior and their attraction to light. At this point, he is specifically working with “ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UV LEDs) [by] comparing the advantages and disadvantages with insect light traps currently available in the industry.” Foster gave special thanks to Phil and Sara Gregory and Ben Walker who all readily agreed to help finance his continuing education.
